Day 1 :
Welcome to ‘Greece Masti – Pure Veg’ tour. On arrival at Athens, your Tour representative will greet you at the “meeting point” at the exit. After immigration and customs, transfer comfortably to your hotel (check-in after 1400 hrs). The rest of the evening is at leisure for independent activities. Overnight in Athens. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 :
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for an orientation tour of the city, with quick photo stops only. Entry tickets to monuments will be on your own expense. See the House of Parliament, visit the Unknown Soldier’s Tomb, see Hadrian’s Arch and the Olympian Zeus Temple, and finally, visit the Panathenaic Stadium. After lunch, the rest of the day is at leisure. You can explore Acropolis. Overnight in Athens. Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch allowance of Euro 10 and Dinner at the hotel.
Day 3 :
The day is at leisure. After breakfast, you can explore the archaeological ruins of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town of Delphi, where the museum contains an impressive collection of ancient Greek sculptures and friezes. Enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains from the Temple of Apollo, renowned for its oracle along with lunch. Overnight in Athens. Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch allowance of Euro 10 and Dinner at the hotel.
Day 4 :
The day is at leisure. You can opt for a One Day Cruise to Three Islands of the Saronic Gulf. Set sail towards Hydra once served as a safe shelter for Saronic Gulf Pirates. Admire the very special architecture and dramatic landscapes of this island, whose old traditional stone houses and mansions silently stand witness to a long and turbulent history. Explore the small narrow stone-paved streets by the Island’s traditional “vehicle” – the saddled donkey. Continue to the island of Poros, the smallest of the three islands, separated from the Peloponnese by a narrow strait and offering a most enchanting view of Poros Town (time at leisure). The last port of call is the Island of Aegina, the largest of the three islands where you can enjoy a walk along the quay or take an optional tour to the Temple of Aphaia. Overnight in Athens. Day 5 :
The day is at leisure. You can opt for a full day tour at the Argolis region. Leave Athens by the scenic coastal road and reach the Corinth Canal (short photo stop). Enjoy the imposing landscape in the protected waters, one of the 19th Century world’s engineering masterpieces with history that starts as early as 602 B.C. Continue to Epidaurus, the Sanctuary of Asclepius, with its 4th century B.C. theatre, famous for its astonishing acoustics. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant and drive towards Nafplion, your last stop, a modern seaside resort and old town, which is crowned by the mighty ramparts at the Palamidi Fortress (no entry). Overnight in Athens. Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch allowance of Euro 10 and Dinner at the hotel.
Day 6 :
Good times need never end! As you get ready for the airport and your flight back home, relive the high points of ‘Greece Masti – Pure Veg’ tour. We are confident you will join us again sometime soon. Breakfast at the hotel.
