How many days prior to the journey should I book the hotel/holiday package?
There is no specific date; however it is advisable to book your tour well in advance to procure hotel reservations.
Can I change what’s in a holiday package ?
Yes, we have made best possible holiday packages for you.
But still you can add any destination or sightseeing or add extra nights to your package. Just email us your requirements in advance.
What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis"?
This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e., two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates, please contact for these rates.
What are transaction charges ?
These charges are levied by the bank directly as payment gateway charges to facilitate online payments. Such charges are applicable on all online payments.
I have booked a Holiday Package, when will I get the vouchers ?
2-5 days before the actual departure date, will be sent to you by e-mail.
Can more than 3 adults stay in one room ?
No, only maximum 3 adults are allowed in a room. Or 2 adults and 2 kids (1st kid below 4 years and 2nd kid below 12 years.) are allowed in a room. Please contact us if you have any query.
Can someone else travel on my behalf ?
No, someone else cannot travel on your behalf. You will need to present a photographic identity proof (passport, driver’s license, etc.) along with the booking voucher at the hotel or car/van/bus before boarding. The name of the person on the voucher must be the same as that on the photographic identity proof presented.
Which identity proofs are accepted ?
If you are an Indian Citizen you can use your Voter ID card, Driving License, Ration card or Passport, and your Visa/Passport if you are a Non-Resident/Foreign National.
Can I use my card to make a booking in someone else's name?
Yes, you can, but do make sure that under ‘Traveler Name’ you mention the name of the person who will be traveling. You are required to enter your name and you’re billing address while on the Payment Page.
Can I make any changes to the itinerary while on tour ?
Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable so that the driver/tour director can complete the travel. In the event that any sightseeing schedule is missed due to any delay by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Can I cancel my Holiday tour midway ?
Yes, you can but the amount would be non-refundable
Can I get food of my choice during the tour ?
The food is provided from pre-set menus. Vllgoholidays will not entertain the client.

How do I get my driver and car details ?
The car vendor will send your car and driver details via SMS, 40 to 60 minutes prior to departure. In some cases, the vendor or driver may also call in advance to coordinate with you
I did not receive any call or sms from the car driver /vendor
In such a case, please contact the car driver/ vendor directly (as the car driver/vendor number mentioned in the voucher) for a speedy response. If in a rare case you are not able to get a satisfactory response from the car driver/ vendor, please call us immediately, and if needed will also try to arrange an alternate car for you (subject to availability).
Do you have any travel insurance plan ?
No, we don’t provide any insurance plan.

Why am I being asked for my bank account details for a refund through wire transfer, and why can't the refund be done to my account directly ?
A vast majority of our refunds are processed back to the same account which was charged for making the booking and no additional details are required from the customer for processing the refund. There are, however, some scenarios where the refund can’t be initiated by reversing back the original transaction and hence we have to request the bank account details of the customer to process the refund. These scenarios are listed below:
Some banks do not allow us to process a refund/reversal against a transaction that is older than 90 days. So, if you made your booking well in advance and cancelled it about 3 months or later, then we might call you back asking for your bank account details
Some banks do not allow us to process multiple refunds against a single transaction. So, if you cancelled a part of the booking earlier and do a second cancellation later, the refund against the second cancellation request may not be accepted by your bank. This can also happen if we processed cash back on some booking under a promotion and then attempt to do a refund against the cancellation.
For processing these refunds, we require your bank account number, branch address and IFSC Code of your bank branch. Both these details should be printed on your cheque book. If you do not find your IFSC Code on the cheque book, please reach out to your bank branch and ask for the same. You should also save it somewhere for future reference.

By when can I expect my refund against the cancellation of my booking ?
All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction; the refund is initiated from our end within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request. An e-mail confirmation of the refund amount will be sent to the email address given to us at the time of booking.
Please note that it may take 3 – 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated from our end.
After submitting my details and payment information, nothing happened. I just see a blank page. What do I do ?
There is nothing you need to do except check your email and mobile for a confirmation SMS. In case we receive confirmation of your payment, we would generate transaction notification and mail it to your email address.
In case you do not receive any communication from us, and money has been deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit/debit card, you need not do anything. We will automatically refund the full amount back to your credit card/debit card/net banking account. The same will reflect in your card/bank statement within 7 working days. You can safely go ahead and make a fresh booking.
After submitting my details and making the payment, the screen says that my booking failed. What do I do ?
You need not do anything. In case your booking fails, we will automatically refund the full amount back to your credit card/debit card/cash card/net banking account. The same will reflect in your card/bank statement within 7 working days. You can safely go ahead and make a fresh booking.
